We're going to be visiting Ishikawa Pref. and would like to try stay in a top class Ryokan. I realize this can be expensive but I don't mind.

Kagaya is the most famous top class Ryokan in Ishikawa. If you can afford it, I would definitely stay there. http://intl.kagaya.jp/
