Hello, i'd like to know my probabilities to get hired in Japan, here is my resume: i'm japanese descendant with 24 years old, graduated in information system in Brasil, currently i work as a java developer (two years), my english is intermediate, i can have a normal conversation, write and read as well, i'm married. I have pets, so i'll need a house to live in, cause i want to take them with me.
So that is all, what is my probability? ^^

I'd say your probability is very high.
There are a LOT of opportunities for your field here in Japan. I'd invest from TODAY in improving your business English (search for courses online and actually STUDY) if you are not confident. Once you are able to write your own resume, you should be fine.
Learning Japanese is a very important skill, but not an absolute must for the IT field. But once you are confident in your English, you should learn Japanese.
Just focus on your objective and go for it!
