This is a difficult question to make, there are thousands of different kinds of work, and each area has a different industry which demands different specialties...

This is something you have to search by yourself in my opinion. I believe you should take something that you are good at, focus on it to become really good and then looking for a job in that area in Japan.

Generally, foreigners work as English teachers (if their English are really good) as a first job, or teaching computer to kids, taking care of kids in general.

Jobs related to IT are always a good option too.. being a computer engineer, a full-stack web developer and such.

In any case, this is very personal, I don't believe anyone could help you very much with this matter. I hope my answer was at least a little bit helpful, though.
