Aside from the Tottori sand dunes and sand museum, what else is there to do in Tottori? My husband and two children will be spending two days in Tottori from next week and are looking for an activity for the second day.

Aside from the Tottori sand dunes there are plenty of other activities you can do in Tottori. I recommend visiting the Tottori Castle Ruins, the Kannon-in temple or the interactive multimedia Tottori City History museum. Or how about you visit some of the beaches or climb Mount Kyusho to get a beautiful view of the city? Close to Tottori station there is also the Tottori hot spring that you can visit.
