Are thr any shinkansen from Shinjuku to Narita Airport? Can we use JRPass?

There is no Shinkansen between Shinjuku and Narita but there is the express train called Narita Express. 

And you can use JR pass. It takes 90min.

Shinkansen has some local stops if you use slower one. 

JR line has the local line and there is almost everywhere. It is pretty much all over Japan.
