Sir,
The four locations described in your website all seem to be theme parks. I am interested in an extended stay in Japan to learn actual Ninjitsu, not fantasy role playing. Can you recommend a school in Japan which teaches Ninjitsu to foreign students?

I don't know of any places that give an extended course, but you can try these websites. maybe you can contact them and they may be able to give you more information.
