Day 1&2 Tokyo, Day 3 Hakone day trip, Day 4&5&6 Kyoto, Day 7 Osaka, Day 8&9 Kanazawa, Day 10 Tokyo
Its in a logical order transportation-wise. And you should probably buy a JR Rail Pass if you're going to be moving around the cities this much.
