I’m planning a day trip to Kamakura/Enoshima area and I don’t know what is realistic in terms of an itinerary for maybe 8 or 9 hours. Can anyone help with an Itinerary and also let me know if I am trying to pack too many things in 1 day?
Here are the places that I've marked down to see in the area , but I don't know if we can even do all these things in a single day trip or in what order I should see them in. I know my list is pretty long, but I don’t think I’d need to spend so much time at many of the temples. If this list is impossible, what Itinerary do you recommend?

There is too much on your list for 1 day. Enoshima alone takes half a day.
Seeing Enoshima and maybe 1 or 2 temples/shrines in Kamakura is probably all you can manage.
What is a must depends on people but generally and broadly speaking:
1. Meigetsuin is ideal for the hydrangea season, so if you’re not visiting in that season maybe you can skip it.
2. Kenchoji Temple, Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine, Hasedera Temple, and Kotokuin are top picks.
You may want to visit Engakuji which is closer to Kitakamakura Station instead of Kenchoji which is a bit higher up in the hills (the two are quite similar to each other).
Kamakura is a city built for the Hachimangu Shrine, so I guess that is a must, but Hasedera could be the most interesting to tourists. Kotokuin has nothing else but the Great Buddha, but it is the symbol of Kamakura and quite an impressive figure
