I'm planning to visit Koya-san next summer. Where are some places I could stay? Not sure if I'm gonna stay at a hotel or go for a temple stay.

If you're going to stay at a temple, look at this website. http://eng.shukubo.net/temple-lodging.html

You can find a few hotels here, but most accommodations in or near Koya-san are temples. https://www.booking.com/city/jp/koyasan.en-gb.html
