I’ve heard there's a train museum in Nagoya and that there are Shinkansen displayed there. How do I get there from Tokyo?

Just take the Tokaido Shinkansen from Tokyo station or Shinagawa station to Nagoya. Then take the Aonami line to Kinjofuto station. It's a two minute walk to the museum from there. http://museum.jr-central.co.jp/en/
