I have planned to go to Nara very soon and I have just seen your itinerary it looks so great I really want to do that but I'm quite far from Nara and I'll be with my family so I'm scared that I'll not have time to do everything.. Do we have to hurry to do your itinerary? Because I saw that the last stop closes at 4:30

Yes, Todaiji closes at 4:30pm. You can save your time if you use taxi from Naramachi to Kasuga taisha.
