I'm planning to go see a soccer match at Saitama stadium with some friends. Could someone tell me what's the easiest way to get there from Shinjuku?

By train the closest station to the stadium is Urawa Misono station.And it's a 15 min walk from the station. In order to get to Urawa Misono station from Shinjuku, get on the JR Yamanote line to Komagome station. Then change lines to the Tokyo Metro Nanboku line bound for Urawa Misono. Hope you enjoy the soccer game!
