HI Alberts,  actually first month living in Tokyo cost you 5 man yen is not very expensive, thoughshould be proud!!!

However, If you to save money, I think those ideas wold help you:

1. Look for information about flee market in your erea in every season. Goods in flee market are extremely cheap and diverse and still qualified.

2. When you look an apartment, the room with hidden gas system is always cheaper the room with the obvious gas system that you can see, usually in front of the room.

3. Go to supermarket or to buy grocery at the evening: they have discounts on the products that need to be sold within one day.
