Hello I am a backpacker and I don't have so much time in Tokyo.
I wanted to walk from Harajuku to Omotesando, maybe do some shopping there but what I saw in google maps were jsut regular buildings, not so interesting and I read online that it can be very expensive.
I'd like to know if omotesando is really worth the visit or if I should go somewhere else. Thank you!

The shops in Omotesando are pretty expensive. I think Harajuku and the Shibuya area would be a better choice if you're not looking to buy high end stuff.

Hi Jeniffer, I hope you are doing well!
Omotesando is such a quick walk from Harajuku that it might me worth going. You don't need to buy anything, but some of the buildings of the famous shops have a very unique architecture that is worth seeing.
And of course you don't need to pay anything to walk around.
I'd recommend searching online for the Hugo Boss shop, the TOD's building, the PRADA shop and checking out some images to decide if it interests you or not. I definitely think its worth a look =)
