How to get to Chinatown /Yokohama

The China Town is located at Motomachi Chukagai Station on Minato-Mirai Line. Or you can go there by walking from Ishikawacho Station or Kannai Station on the JR Negishi Line/JR Keihin Tohoku Line. If you’re starting from Tokyo Station, then the easiest way is to get on the JR Keihin Tohoku Line and stay on until you get to Ishikawacho Station. But be careful, sometimes there are trains that only go part of the way, so be sure you get on a train that has the destination of Ofuna Station or Isogo Station.

It’s pretty far to walk from China Town to the Sankeien Garden, so it’s better to take the JR Negishi Line/JR Keihin Tohoku Line from Ishikawacho station to Negishi Station. It’s a 10 min walk from there, or you can take the bus.
