What are some foods that are only available in Fukushima? I'd like to try something that is famous only in Fukushima and not in other areas of the country.

Kozuyu is a famous Fukushima food that is usually served at celebrations in the area. They also have really good sake, so you should try some. This website explains about some other foods too.
