Although the season for oysters is in the winter, it's not impossible to have oysters in the summer. The oysters in Japan are kept in deep freeze so as to be able to eat them all year long. However, if you were looking forward to trying raw oysters, then I'm afraid that you won't be able to do that as that is only done in season. But cooked oysters are delicious as well. Hope you enjoy them
