Hello. My name is Jeferson and I'm from Brazil. I want to apply for the MEXT scolarship and I wanted to know how do I search for ongoing projects on Japan Universities so I can find an area of interest and how do I get the teacher's e-mail.

This is a tough question to answer for anyone who isn't specifically studying architecture in Japan right now... and it will be hard to find that person specifically.
Perhaps your best bet is to use google like crazy. Search for all universities you can possibly think of, and in the university website maybe you can find the architecture department and see who are the teachers and try to get their name or contact from there and do more google search. Emailing the university may also be a good idea too.
