We are trying to book a ferry crossing from Beppu to Yamatahama for a car plus two passengers with Uwajima Ferries on roughly September 7th 2017 unfortunately the website English version doesn't allow us to do so and we need to use the Japanese version website.
Our Japanese is minimal and we are unable to do so-can you suggest how we might approach this ourselves without getting someone who is fluent in Japanese to do so-which will be our last resort.

It seems you can only book the ferry starting from 60 days before the date you'd like to book. Which means you can start booking from July 7th.
