We’re planning to go to Okinawa as a family. What is the best method of transportation in Okinawa. Is public transportation better? Or is renting a car better?

If you plan on just staying around Naha, public transportation (the monorail, the bus system) and taxis may be enough, but if you want to go explore the beaches or go to the aquarium in Nago, I recommend renting a car.
