can I buy a train ticket(JR and subway) by my credit card?

For the JR trains, yes you can but only if you go to the JR Ticket Reservation office every single time to buy a ticket. And they only have the Ticket Reservation office at large stations. For the subways, you can't at all. So bring cash!
