My husband and I will be coming to Japan and joining a cruise. We’ll be arriving very early in the morning at Haneda airport. And our cruise will start from Harumi Passenger Terminal. I'd like to know how to get there from Haneda Airport. Is it possible to go there by taxi directly from the airport? Or maybe it's more practical to go there by public transportation? Any information you could give me would be much appreciated.

There are two ways to get to Harumi Passenger Terminal besides going there directly by taxi which will take about 40 min and about 7,000 yen. The easier way is to get on the monorail (about 500 yen) from Haneda airport to the last station which is Hamamatsucho station, then take about a 20 min. taxi ride from there to the terminal. If you'd rather use public transportation all the way, then after getting off the monorail at Hamamatsucho station, get on the JR Yamamoto line to Yurakucho station. You can get on the Toei Bus Number 5 bound for Harumi Passenger Terminal.
