I would like to know if the dates are always the same for the Iwate Snow Festival?
I am planning to visit in 2019, so will the Iwate Snow Festival fall on Feb 2 to 16?
Hope to hear from you soon so I can start planning my trip for Iwate & Akita.

its always around the same time, but not exactly the same dates.
For example, last year, the Iwate Snow Festival in 2017 was from 4 February, 2017 - 12 February, 2017
