In 6 months with student visa can I get a full time job to exchange my visa for a job visa?

Hi Yan!
Look, its not sooo easy but its totally possible.
Remember that on DAY-ONE when you arrive in Japan, you already have to start knocking on some doors and doing tour best locally and online to find your job.
And if you get a good interview, don't stop.
Sometimes hiring processes take time. Keep in mind that AFTER they accept you, you still need around 3 months for the VISA process. (to get the work visa).
So really, you actually have 3 months to get hired.
1 years is safer if you can make it.
