Travel tips for...
Mount Fuji

Rodrigo Coelho Japan

Hi Tina,
you can try to search here: https://triplelights.com/

But if you can't find there, you can take a look at the Fujiten's website

http://www.fujiten.net/pc/en/

I know the tour companies are very famous for any ski shuttles in Japan, and have attractive packages and they take last-minute reservation offers. But the websites for these offers in Fujiten are in Japanese only, so it will be bit difficult to make the reservation if you don't know how to read Japanese. I think you can get help from Fuji-ten or your hotel staff.

It must be very expensive to go there from Shinjuku by hired taxi/van. Please try to think also about driving on your own;

You can read this to learn more: What do I need to drive a car in Japan?

The route is simple and easy from Shinjuku:
You take Chuo highways, Shinjuku > Otsuki JCT > Kawaguchi-ko IC exit, 118 km, 3520 yen.
Maybe the gas cost would be about 3000 yen. You can get a free English map at highway rest areas and all road signs have English as well.
The cars come with navigation and is always free of charge, takes you to the right destination.

Sorry for not giving exactly the information you wanted, but I hope this helps.
