Hello,
I'm visiting Tokyo in December and want to spend December 25 at a spa.
I am a woman traveling alone without any Japanese language. I want to soak, have a relaxation massage and a nice japnese style dinner before returning to Tokyo.
Hakone was recommended. What can you tell me about my requested holiday?

Hakone is a great place for what you were thinking of doing. Traveling in Japan is safe, even with out knowing Japanese and Hakone is a very popular sights so a lot of the information is in english and in most places in Hakone you can go everything done with english and some hand motions.
