The best way from Okayama to Bicchu Matsuyama castle is to take a train from Okayama Station to Bicchu Takahashi. You can either take the Hakubi line or the Yakumo line. Try using this website to find the which train and what time exactly: Hyperdia.com. The ride will take approximately 30-50 minutes and cost about 800 yen. At the station you can take a taxi to the castle. This will take another 30 minutes and costs about 1000 yen.
