After touring Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, and lastly Kawaguchiko, we’ll be leaving from Narita airport. How do we get there? Do we use the bus to Tokyo and take the train to the airport?

Actually, the Keisei Bus has a bus route from the Mt. Fuji area directly to Narita airport. It's much easier than having to change to the train or another bus in Tokyo.
