I plan to travel to Hiroshima on Golden Week next year estimate 04th May or 05th May 2018 from Shin-Osaka, any suggestion which day is better to visit ? since I have only half day in Hiroshima and half day to Miyajima, Itsukushima Shrine. If I come on 4th May I can't join yosakoi but I might get seat in shinkansen since less crowded, but 5th I can experience yosakoi but hard to get seat in shinkansen.
Will road be closed during the flower festival day (3,4,5 May 2018), If yes, how do I get around from hiroshima station to atomic bomb and memorial peace ?

From May 3rd to May 5th, the Peace boulevard is closed.
However, even though for much of the first and third days of the Flower Festival, Peace Boulevard is closed for parades and the sidewalks get very crowded, the the main street is open all day, so you can get around through that.
I believe every day will be crowded for the shinkansen, so I suggest buying a reserved seat. But you can also try to get one seat even if you don't have a reservation, especially if you arrive early and are by yourself.
So because of that, I'd say the best is to go on the 5th and enjoy yosakoi.
