Is there a way to contact yamato no yu to book a spa day or is it not needed? me and my friend wanted to do a day tip out there from tokyo to spend a day at their onsen and get a masage but they only have a phone number and were currently in australia and were hoping to locate an email adress as their link on their website is broken.

If you are planing to use the public baths no reservations should be necessary. Only if you would want to reserve a private baths. It would seem that you can reserve the massages but they are not required, as long as there are free spots. You can make reservations and ask more information from this email info@yamatonoyu.com
