My family is going to be going to Shuzenji Onsen. What would be the easiest way to get there? We won't have a rental car, so public transportation is our only option.

The easiest way would be to take the Tokaido Shinkansen to Mishima station. Then change trains to the Izu Hakone Tetsudo Sunzu line and get off at Shuzenji station. You’ll need to take the bus for Shuzenji Onsen from there.
